The Woll 920DPIL saucepan belongs to the Diamond Plus Induction series of cast-aluminum gourmet cookware with magnetic stainless-steel bases for use with induction cooktops and standard cooktops. A pan of this size (2.6 quarts) is useful for making reductions and sauces, melting butter or chocolate, steaming vegetables and rice, and even deep-frying potatoes. The included glass lid helps to keep in moisture and contain splatters, while the diamond-coated interior makes cleaning up a breeze.

The interior of this Woll induction saucepan is coated with a lining made from real diamonds. This lining creates a mechanical non-stick cooking surface that is environmentally responsible and several times more conductive than copper. The 920DPIL is safe for metal utensils and durable enough for the dishwasher.
