This cast aluminum pan requires no electricity – to use, simply heat it on your stovetop, pour in the pancake batter, add your filling, then add a little more batter to cover. After a few minutes, flip each ebleskiver to cook evenly, let cool, then serve! This pan cooks seven 2.3” ebleskivers at a time and will help you create delicious treats that can be served at breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Swedish Rosette & Timbale Set: Make delicate ornate rosette cookies and cream-filled timbale pastry shells with this Swedish-inspired set! This set includes 3 rosette cast aluminum cookie shapes, 3 Bundt-inspired cast aluminum timbale molds, and a double-prong extra-long wood & wire handle that’ll allow you to safely and easily fry your rosettes & timbales. To use, simply heat oil in a high-sided pan. Once oil is hot, immerse the rosette or timbale shape into the oil until thoroughly heated, then dip it into the batter until your rosette or timbale mold is covered, then immerse it back into the hot oil to fry. Once the pastry is golden brown, remove it from the oil and use a fork to gently pull the pastry from the iron and let cool.
